The Hampstead Neighbourhood Forum has submitted the new Neighbourhood Plan formally to Camden after a process of consultation and drafting that has taken more than two years.
If approved by Camden following a further period of public consultation, and later by an independent examiner, the Hampstead Neighbourhood Plan 2025-2040 will replace its predecessor, which has been in force since 2018.

• Statement on modifications to the previous Plan: read it here
Government guidance requires us to show how we have changed the Plan. It also requires us to assess whether or not we have altered its fundamental nature. In our statement, we argue that we have made significant alterations but have not changed its essential nature. Therefore, we believe the new Plan requires independent examination, but not a public referendum.
• Appendices: read them here

They are titled: 1) Evidence base 2) Open Spaces and Biodiversity Corridors 3) Hampstead Local Green Spaces evidence 4) List of veteran and important local trees 5) List of important local views 6) Additional evidence for Local Green Spaces and biodiversity corridors.
